Shipping is free in all European countries for orders above €100. For orders below €100, please check the shipping cost on the list here below.
Parcels that fit in house mailboxes in the Netherlands will be sent by PostNl. Larger parcels in The The Netherlands and Belgium will also be sent by Post.nl. International parcels will be sent by TNT/Fedex and require a signature.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number so that you can follow your parcel.
All prices on the website are including 21% VAT. If you live outside the EU , taxes are not included, so please be aware that you might be charged local taxes & duties.

Orders that we receive before 4:00 p.m. will be propcessed and shippede the same day on workdays. Shipments within the Netherlands take 1-2 working days.

Silk & Beach strives for perfection and wants to make you feel comfortable and beautiful in swim- and beachwear. If for any reason the items you ordered do not live up to your expectation or don't fit, simply return it to us. Yoy'll find the return address here below. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
If you wish to return an article, please ensure that:
- Returns need to be reported to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 30 days after delivery and prior to dispatch and we should receive the products no later than 31 days after delivery.
- Please make sure that you include your packlist with your name, along with the respective beachwear item(s).
- Returns that are not reported within the 30 days cannot be accepted.
- The returned item(s) should be in its original state, with all attached labels and stickers and in its original packaging.
- The returned item(s) should not be damaged, stained or smell.
Upon receipt of the returned items we will refund the purchase amount automatically via our payment provider Mollie. This ussualy takes no longer than a few days.
